Head of Finance (Roosh)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Finance who dares to go beyond average. As a Head of Finance, you will be responsible for budgeting, treasury, controlling and reporting processes of the group international IT companies including VC fund. This role reports to the Group CFO and Partner. This role will require you to work closely with management of the businesses and projects to ensure financial efficiency, controlling and compliance.

You will:
- budgeting, consolidation managerial reporting and analysis / FP&A,
- controlling and compliance of the companies,
- statutory reporting under IFRS and UA GAAP,
- development and improvement of policies and procedures,
- unified standards of budgeting and reporting,
- working with external auditors and advisers,
- analysis and assessment of financial risks.

About you:
- 8+ years of experience in Big4 plus international product IT companies in finance roles, including Head of Finance / CFO,
- ACCA or CIMA certification,
- advanced English,
- MS Excel and Power Point,
- team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills,
- excellent leadership and managing people experience,
- proficiency in finance software and technologies,
- positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things.
