We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our team. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive our sales efforts, ensuring every client interaction is impactful and results-driven. Join us in shaping the future of our company!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and daily performance monitoring of managers.
- Prepare reports and conduct subsequent analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each manager.
- Analyze data in the CRM system (Zoho).
- Develop and implement employee motivation systems.
- Organize the B2B client segment department's workflow.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Optimize and organize the department's work with other company departments.
- Conduct negotiations with clients.
- Establish partnership and referral systems.
What is important to us?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Manager/Business Development Manager roles.
- Experience as a Head of Sales preferred.
- Proficiency in sales processes and CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Critical thinking ability.
- Ability to build long-term and trust-based relationships with clients.
- Advanced level of English.
