Marketing Campaign Manager (offline)

At Hacken, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our Web3 marketing initiatives with a strong focus on cross-marketing, influence marketing, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills, capable of driving successful marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive cross-marketing strategies to elevate Hacken's brand visibility and enhance customer acquisition.

- Collaborate with Hacken's clients and partners to leverage successful cross-marketing campaigns according to predefined KPIs.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment across departments.

- Strategize and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

- Develop and execute influence marketing campaigns according to predefined KPIs.

- Contribute to digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and creative assets for marketing campaigns.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics, with a focus on those driving lead generation, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to incorporate the latest trends and innovations into marketing strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics: Ability to interpret marketing metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

- Cross-Marketing Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cross-marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize brand exposure and customer acquisition.

- Influence Marketing Development: Ability to set up influence campaigns and manage communications with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.

- Email Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in email marketing platforms, including the ability to create, execute, and analyze email campaigns effectively.

- Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

Digital Advertising Proficiency: Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook Ads, and others, with a focus on maximizing reach and engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in roles focused on cross-marketing, influence or growth strategies, with experience in 3 areas being highly desirable.

- English level - Upper intermediate (B2) and higher.

- Demonstrated track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
