Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- English B2
- Proficiency in utilizing various channels for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective correspondence with candidates.
- Active management of candidate databases.
- Experience in market analysis and tracking hiring trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including X-ray and Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to post job vacancies on multiple platforms.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing, including X-ray and Boolean search methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain records.
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Analyze the market and track hiring trends to inform recruitment strategies.


Additional Skills:
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Analytical skills for data-driven recruitment strategies.
- HR certification will be a plus.
