Main Requirements

Proficient in English: You must be able to communicate confidently in English, as it is the primary language of communication with the company's clients and partners.

Good communication skills: In this role, the main functions/tasks are tied to communication, whether written or verbal. Therefore, it is important that you are someone who does not get exhausted from a large amount of communication.

Experience with CRM systems: It is desirable to have experience with CRM systems.

Understanding of sales techniques: It is necessary to have experience in sales and understand various sales strategies and techniques. The ability to quickly adapt to changes in market trends and customer needs is also important.

Main Tasks

Work with existing platform users: Actively work with the existing customer base, including phone calls and electronic communication.

Maintaining contact with product users: regular communication with existing clients to identify their needs and requests, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Selling paid services: sales of additional paid services and products of the company, aimed at increasing turnover and strengthening relationships with clients.
