Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a key player, you will collaborate closely with the General(Technical) Director.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering effective work communication across all staff.

Requirements:

🔸Web Development Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of broad experience in web development.
🔸Tech: Familiarity with Frontend, Backend, Mobile Development; CMS Platforms
(Angular, Backbone, JS Platforms, Ionic, PHP, Symfony, Node.JS, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla).
🔸 Version Control Proficiency: Proficient in using GIT and other version control systems.
🔸Hands-On Coding Skills: Deep experience as a hands-on coder-developer, with a track record of successful projects.
🔸 Project Management: Previous senior management roles and projects for foreign clients.
🔸 Quality Assurance: Capable of assessing code quality and ensuring adherence to best practices.
🔸Assertive Leadership: A true leader who is unafraid to be critical, demanding excellence, and maintaining high standards.
🔸Professional Demeanor: Prioritizes professionalism and results.
🔸Accountability: Willing to take personal responsibility for tasks and project outcomes.
🔸Attention to Detail: Organized, detail-oriented, and a perfectionist who does not tolerate bugs or carelessness.
🔸Professional Communication: Maintaining a focused and productive environment.
🔸English - Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

✅Collaboration with Technical Director: Work closely with the Technical Director, assisting in various tasks and taking on delegated responsibilities.
✅Meeting Management: Efficiently manage daily Slack and Zoom meetings with staff, ensuring productive discussions, collaboration and project alignment.
✅Code Review and Pull Requests: Review code submissions, accept pull requests, and provide constructive feedback to developers. Be adept at identifying and addressing issues promptly.
✅Communication Facilitation: Foster collaboration and communication among team members, ensuring seamless information flow.
✅Morale Boosting: Maintain team morale and enthusiasm through your own your high energy level and positive attitude.
