Middle/Senior Salesforce administrator (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.

Requirements
Must have
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus
CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud (a huge plus)
Recommended Certifications:
— Salesforce Advanced Administrator - Preference for Additional Architecture Certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Data Architecture & Management, Sharing & Visibility, etc.)
— Preference for Consultant Certifications (service cloud, data cloud, sales cloud)

Responsibilities
Daily management of a development team(s) alongside the Product Manager / Owner
Develop and lead a team of Salesforce technical experts, including Admins & Developers, ensuring best practices are adhered to, and projects are delivered on time and within budget
Act as a subject matter expert for the platform, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to the team while constantly looking to elevate the skill set of the team
Design and build custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform
Building (hands-on) some of the more complex areas of the requirements
Work with Freestar Solution/Technical Architects
Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
Create & review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
