Concierge/Support Specialist

The concierge team is mainly assigned to client requests by subscriptions, including support for our products (CRM system). Besides that, the team can be requested to assist with user guides, release notes, and testing.
All shifts are scheduled (9:00 AM – 06:00 PM / 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).

Requirements:
- analytical mindset
- English: upper – intermediate
- experience in making presentations
- experience in conducting trainings
- strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, Microsoft Word
Would be a plus:
- experience in working with Salesforce

Responsibilities:
- Investigation of the issues
- Updating Database of issues
- Writing Release notes
- Creating User Guides and Presentations
- Delivering Statistics
- checking Support and Concierge mailboxes
- updating the client with working progress
