Data Architect (offline)

Devico is looking for a motivated and talented Data Architect with commercial experience of at least 5 years to join to our team on a full-time basis.

About project:
Our platform provides advertisers with a tool to manage all media investments across various AdTech and media platforms within a single solution and with a multichannel perspective. Platforms allow advertisers to orchestrate all display, social, search, video, mobile and OOH campaigns from a single interface. Thanks to artificial intelligence and process automation, companies can orchestrate the entire campaign management process from briefs, planning, and activation to trafficking and reporting.

High-growth Ad-Tech SaaS company. Classic Scrum process. 13-15 scrum teams. Each team contains 4-6 persons(1QA, 1BA, up 2 Backend, up to 2 frontends) Micro-service architecture, micro-frontends, PostgreSQL, Docker, druid, third_party service integrations, ML, AI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and document data architecture across the platform.
- Build and advocate for data architectures to support the company's evolving needs, including Master Data Management and advancements in data visualization tools.
- Outline data partitioning and retention strategies, develop data warehouses for future growth, monitor system performance, and recommend infrastructure changes as needed.
- Guide and mentor the data engineering team, acting as a technical expert among product managers, stakeholders, and the technical team.
- Manage project timelines and monitor task progress.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in data engineering, with at least 3 years focused on managing complex data structures and high volumes of data.
- At least 3 years of experience with Python and software design patterns.
- Minimum 3 years of systems architecture knowledge.
- Over 1 year of experience with AWS Cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of AWS Cloud services.
- Extensive experience working with complex data structures and high/concurrent volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with software design patterns.
- Knowledge of systems architecture.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and communication within a global team environment.

Additional Skills:
- Experience leading software development teams would be a significant advantage.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, software delivery platforms like Atlassian’s Jira, and testing frameworks.
