SEO Manager

We are extending our in-house SEO Team and looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead a new business direction and join us full-time.

Main requirements:
- 3+ years of experience at a SEO Manager position;
- Past experience in promoting local websites and/or job boards;
- Past experience in leading a SEO team (content manager and link builders);
- Advanced usage of SEO tools (ahrefs, semrush, serpstat, etc);
- Knowledge of local SEO;
- Ability to manage 10+ small websites in parallel;
- Perfect project management skills;
- Intermediate or higher level of written English;
- Goal-oriented approach;
- Flexibility in requirements change.

Good to have:
- Proven past experience in automating routine SEO tasks;
- Any level of German language will be a plus.

Main responsibilities:
- Full seo management of local job boards according to the provided strategy:
---Competitors analysis;
---Semantics research and keyword planning;
---Linkbuilding plans preparation and links requirements definition;
---Performance analysis and changes implementation;
---Regular reporting on the progress and project P&L;
- Supervise and manage a team of 2 people + freelance linkbuilders;
- Manage launch of new domains within the project;
- Cooperation with IT, Marketing and BizDev teams;
- Full implementation of seo experiments;
- Proactive new business direction development.
