Senior software developer/Tech lead (Angular/Node.js) (offline) $3500-4500

We are looking for a senior software developer for the tech lead role.
Preferably with a background in the marketplace/e-commerce domain.

Requirements:
- Experience in tech lead role: 1+ year;
- General experience as Frontend/Fullstack developer: 5+ years;
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Experience with Node.js (3+ years);
- Knowledge of database (preferably MongoDB);
- Experience writing technical documentation;
- Understand frontend architecture best practices;
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Experience in team management, and performance reviews;
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal;


Nice to have:
- Previous experience in projects within marketplace/e-commerce domains.
- Ability to make a decomposition and adequate assessment of the task, to meet agreed deadlines;


Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support as required;
- Design and develop product functionality;
- Refactor/optimize the existing solution;
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle;
- Review code and accept pull requests from other developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices;
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the team's productivity and efficiency;
- Schedule product releases with internal teams;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, trends, and tools, and apply them to improve product and develop new functionality;
