Technical Support Specialist (offline)

Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting. We are looking for a Support Team member to join our small tech team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support.
- Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.) will be a plus.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick studying.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English (communication in English with our customers).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc would be a big plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat.
- Maintaining help desk articles up to date.
- Closing tickets in one touch.
- Collaborate with other team members.
