Who We Are Looking For: Billing Specialist
As a Billing Specialist, you will play an important role in our subscription-based business, managing and optimising our billing operations and contributing directly to the enhancement of our business-employee interactions. Your work will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and transparency of our billing processes, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and trust with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of incoming payments, meticulously verifying their credibility and ensuring accurate sorting.
- Oversee account statuses and balances, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Diligently issue, post, and manage bills, receipts, and invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
- Regularly update our accounts receivable database, incorporating new accounts or adjustments for missed payments.
- Proactively inform clients about their outstanding debts and deadlines, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Address billing inquiries and issues, providing exceptional client support and fostering trust.
- Compile comprehensive reports on billing activities, presenting data clearly and accurately for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Polish and Ukrainian language skills at B2-C1 level are a significant plus.
- Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheet/MS Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions and data analysis.
- A knack for numbers and meticulous processing of financial information, demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
- Results-driven and patient, capable of managing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- A BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
