What we need from you?

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting;
- Preparing job descriptions, and vacancy postings;
- Preparing the job offers and contracts;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies;
- Promoting the company’s brand and image to potential candidates.

Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience on a similar role;
- Understanding of the IT recruiting market;
- Experience with sourcing techniques;
- experience in interviewing;
- At least intermediate level of English;
- Perfect communication skills
