Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with commercial experience of at least 3 years of experience, including collaboration with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with agile teams.
- Proven track record of working on a minimum of 5 successful projects.
- Understanding of various industries and business domains, with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- English proficiency: Written - Intermediate or higher, Spoken - At least Pre-intermediate.

Nice to have:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing projects, processes, and systems.
- Conduct competitor analysis for industry insights.
- Document project requirements comprehensively.
- Perform gap analysis for improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Maintain organized documentation of analysis findings.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing insights and recommendations.
