DevOps Engineer (offline)

StarWind Software is a global leader in virtualized shared storage and hyperconverged infrastructures. We have opened the position for DevOps Engineer with good communication skills and attitude to join our innovative team.

Required expertise:
∙ 2+ years of DevOps experience required.
∙ Strong knowledge in Linux OS (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
∙ Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM).
∙ CI/CD tools – TeamCity.
∙ Ansible.
∙ Python knowledge, Scripting with bash.
∙ Containerization – Docker.
∙ Deb repository maintenance experience will be an advantage.
∙ Base knowledge of networking technologies.

Languge expertise:
∙ Reading the technical documentation in English is a must. ∙ ∙ Confident written English is a must.
∙ Fluent spoken common and technical English is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities: Automation for the following areas:
∙ Applications assembly and deployment.
∙ Configuring the system parameters (network, storage, etc.).
∙ VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM.
∙ System state monitoring.

Other Responsibilities:
∙ Researching storage, virtualization, networking technologies, and building PoC.
