Junior Influencer Marketing Manager $800-1000

You will be responsible for identifying potential influencers, initiating contact, and managing ongoing communications.
Effective organization is crucial, as the role regularly involves keeping detailed records of communications with influencers, contracts, and campaign data.
Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for fostering team collaboration and managing customer relationships. The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, a curious and open-minded attitude, and knowledge of social media content distribution are also critical. Fluency in English and the capacity to learn independently while being a proactive team player will round out the ideal applicant's profile.
Key Responsibilities:
Have a genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms and be proactive in spotting trends.
Continuously update yourself with the newest developments, trends, and features in social media.
Hunt for potential influencers and initiate contact.
Record Keeping: Efficiently organize and maintain detailed records of communications with influencers, contracts, and other pertinent information using suitable tools or software.
Social Media Chat Management: IG and FB Chat Management: Manage direct communication channels on Instagram and Facebook, including responding to inquiries, engaging with followers, addressing concerns, and fostering positive interactions to enhance brand reputation and customer relationships.
Develop a strong understanding of our industry, competition, and marketing ecosystem.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing performance management
Requirements:
1-year experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in English
Solid Excel skills - Must
High organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Great interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a high-paced, dynamic setting.
A curious and open-minded approach.
Previous experience in influencer marketing is considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently
Team player & collaborator
Knowledge of various social media platforms for distributing organic content.
