We are looking for a BDM/Sales Manager with experience who will strengthen our team.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience B2B sales (IT sales experience);
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to actively negotiate and confidently present the product (experience in dealing with objections, problem solving);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
- Understanding of software development processes;
- Understanding of the IT services sales cycle;
- Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);
- Result-oriented, positive attitude and desire to close deals
- Proactive, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Active search for potential clients and expansion of the client base;
- Negotiating with potential clients and presenting the company's services;
- Development and management of sales strategy, including drafting proposals and contracts;
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring high quality of service;

What We Offer:
- Working hours from 9/10 am to 6/7 pm (Monday-Friday)
