Head of Anti-fraud and Support Department (offline)

Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in the position of Head/Lead Anti-fraud/Support;
- Understanding of all the specifics of anti-fraud work;
- Experience in building a department with 24/7 hour shift schedules;
- Availability 24/7 in case of emergency;
- Good analytical skills (will be test questions during the interview);
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of RNG, slot games, and crash games;
- English - Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

Team management:
- Building processes for the smooth operation and coordinating work of the 24*7 anti-fraud and support team;
- Building processes to quickly process requests from clients;
- Creating a teamwork analytics system.

Creating a system for rapid response:
- Creation of technical specifications for alerts/reports that will allow you to quickly respond to any system malfunctions and any deviations from normal indicators;
- Creation of processes describing the transfer of all types of requests;
- Creation of processes describing actions from other departments for rapid response to incidents;

Formation and coordination of anti-fraud work:
- Creation of algorithms for checking the winnings/gaming history of players and the possible presence of bugs;
- Automation of verification processes.

People Management:
- Hiring employees;
- Conducting 1-1 with your team members;
- Staff training.

Hiring process:

- 1st interview - Recruiter/HRD;
- 2nd Final interview - CEO.
