Accountant (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining customer accounts and working with customer billing systems
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
- Assisting with month-end closing


Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Ability to be flexible and assist with other projects when needed
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently


Preferred Skills:

- Intermediate English level
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to improve the process
