Sales Support Representative

The demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are currently expanding our Sales Team and are inviting an active specialist to the position of Sales Support Representative. What you will work with:
β€’ You will sell IT consulting services for the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems – complex solutions for automating business processes, which are among the most popular in the world. In particular, you will mainly guide the leads who want to implement MD 365 Business Central ERP system (BC/NAV/Navision), which is being used by 30 000 companies and 200 000 users. β€’ Geography: your leads and customers will be companies of various industries from Ukraine, Europe and the USA.

Your key tasks will become:
1. Sales:
β€’ Processing inbound leads received through landing pages, website, email, phone calls, as well as leads interested after outbound campaigns.
β€’ Qualifying leads, determining the needs of potential clients, providing them with the first information about our services.
β€’ Communicating with our managers, organising and coordinating meetings with potential clients.
β€’ Participating in preparation of commercial offers, contracts and other documents necessary for successful cooperation with clients. Coordinating these processes.
β€’ Conducting outbound campaigns (warm leads).
β€’ Participating in organising cooperation with partners for joint work on projects – searching, organising negotiations, cooperation support. Participating in cooperation with Microsoft.
β€’ Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients that are necessary for effective cooperation.
2. Marketing: cooperation with our Marketing Team – participating in preparation of marketing materials, participating in marketing activities aimed at attracting potential customers (events, webinars, etc.); providing feedback and suggestions on how to increase lead generation.
3. General:
β€’ Entering leads information into the corporate CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics Sales Pro).
β€’ Preparing monthly reports.

Qualification, personal qualities:
β€’ At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management or marketing.
β€’ It will be an advantage if you have experience in IT consulting, IT, IoT or any technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, etc.).
β€’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office products.
β€’ Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken), fluency in Ukrainian.
β€’ Completed higher education or Master's degree.
