HR manager (offline)

HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing human resource agenda in support of the business plan and strategic direction of TSUM Kyiv, specifically in the areas of corporate culture, talent acquisition and talent management, including performance management, training and development, succession planning.
HR Manager provides strategic leadership and operational support to the TSUM Kyiv team.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as HR business partner to the company leadership focused on talent agenda designed to recruit, develop and motivate employees in our company.
· To develop and execute best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company strategic growth.
· Develop comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
· Perform a regular analysis of talent acquisition data to ensure an effective recruitment process.
· Conduct high quality Onboarding and Adaptation for all newly hired or promoted employees.
· Create and implement annual Training Plan based on the Organizational and Individual learning needs.
· Implement the company Training Plan, including identifying providers and administrating trainings, both internal and external.
· Hold the Performance Management process, that includes setting objectives, ongoing feedback and performance evaluation.
· Conduct annual Recognition program for all employees.
· Conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys, facilitate action plans and follow up on their implementation.
· Prepare corporate events calendar and implement it.
· Manage all internal communications related to people.

Job Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree is required. A degree in HR is an advantage.
· Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
· Proven ability to think strategically while having a hands-on approach to managing HR operations.
· Successful implementation of HR programs and processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge and experience with varied human resource information system.
· Fluent Ukrainian and English.
