Responsibilities:

- Manage such sources as Twitter/Meta/Google and others
- Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
- Develop Ad Campaign Strategies tailored to affiliate needs.
- Craft compelling Ad Copy and engage in Creative Design.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Segmentation strategies.
- Monitor Ad Campaign Compliance and perform ongoing A/B Testing.
- Track and Report Ad Performance, optimizing for certain metrics.
- Manage Bid strategies, Keyword Optimization, and Landing Page Optimization.
- Execute Timing Optimization for maximum impact.
- Scale and Expand successful campaigns, including Remarketing and Retargeting efforts.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Twitter/TT/Meta/Google
- (If You have less experience (from year at least) and want to apply — justify why we should consider You).
- Availability and quick responsiveness online.
- Strong knowledge of basic marketing terms and the ability to define them. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
- (nice to have) Experience with budgets of $50,000 and more per month
