Junior HR Specialist (offline)

In connection with the expansion of our activities and the team, we are looking for an HR Specialist.
You will be responsible for hiring the right people to our team, as well as taking part in other HR-related activities and initiatives.
If you like to help people find great jobs and the company to get new great team members, if you like to support those who already are a part of our team in HR-related areas - we'd be glad to have you as a part of our team!

Requirements to candidates:
• 0.5 - 1+ years of experience in the HR/Recruitment field would be a plus
• Desire to learn and develop in recruitment, as well as in other HR areas
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English is a must
• Skilled at MS Office
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent organizational skills
• High work ethics and diplomatic skills
• Ready to take responsibility for own tasks completion and proper escalation in case of need
• Attentive to details
• Self-driven, flexible, a good team-player

Responsibilities:
1) Recruiting talents to our team
- Preparing and publishing new job openings
- Actively searching for candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Collecting and providing feedback
- Hiring for and conducting internship programs
2) Maintaining HR-related databases, HR system, generating reports
3) Taking part in other HR processes, such as:
- Pre and onboarding
- Training activities administering
- Assisting with other HR-related projects
Would be a plus:
Previous experience in IT company
