Head of Product for iGaming affiliate product

Exagra Ltd is a young IT and digital media company with a focus on developing in-house products. Our scope of interests lies at the intersection of the iGaming, media, and crypto industries.

We are looking for a Head of Product to take one of our main brands to the next level. The position implies that the person is willing to take responsibility for all aspects of the product, from team management to UI/UX.

About you:

- Can pick up product development at any stage and set up the process with a minimum level of existing infrastructure.

- You are comfortable working autonomously according to specific requirements or abstract feedback.

- Time management master - define priorities, set reasonable deadlines, no time wasting on over-optimization, no idling.

- Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment - you adapt and help the team keep up.

- Know when to apply a solution that has been proven over the years, when to use a fresh creative approach, and when to combine both.

- A leader you are. Motivate and inspire, lead and coordinate your team to the tops of success.

Responsibilities:

You will take over the whole operation of an already active iGaming media product, set up, and lead the process of its further development. Develop a short-term and long-term strategy according to the analysis of the market, clients' needs, competitors, and your experience. Hire, train, and coordinate an effective team that will cover crucial aspects of the product (without overstaffing).

Be the face of the product.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with various marketing strategies and client acquisition channels, including SMM, influencer marketing, etc., with a focus on SEO.

- 4+ years experience in Product Management or similar positions.

- Experience both in successfully launching a product from scratch and in swiftly integrating into an existing project with significant improvement of its metrics.

- Deep understanding of various aspects of digital product design.
