Head of Analytics

In this role, you will:

— Discover data patterns and dependencies to drive strategic insights
— Provide analytical support to both our product and marketing teams
— Generate and validate product hypotheses
— Craft comprehensive reports and analyze essential product metrics (LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.).
— Conduct research and draw conclusions from A/B tests, offering actionable insights
— Automate reporting processes and develop dashboards for various stakeholders
— Monitor key metrics operationally and identify causes of deviations

It’s all about you:

— 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
— 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team of analysts
— Proficiency in SQL and Python
— Expertise in Tableau
— Strong grasp of key product metrics and funnel building
— Knowledgeable in statistics fundamentals and experimental design
— Deep understanding of statistical and regression methods
— Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques
— Track record of delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks
— Motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills
— Eagerness to contribute to a friendly, collaborative environment
— Dedication to continuous learning and exploring new approaches

Would be a plus:

— Solid experience with Clickhouse and Google BigQuery
