Middle SEO Specialist (offline)

We are currently looking for a Middle SEO Specialist, an ambitious, systematic candidate with analytical thinking and a desire for professional growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Quarterly, develop the project promotion strategy with the Team Lead.
- Monitor key site metrics and manage task priorities promptly.
- Be responsible for project KPI (quality traffic & revenue).
- Continuously explore new development areas for websites.
- Be responsible for content and linkbuilding project plans. Prepare technical tasks, place, and design content. Prepare anchor letters.
- Work with PBN and satellites for the future.
- Be able to formulate ideas into tasks. Use precise and unambiguous language to assign tasks to contractors and service departments (content, linkbuilding, development). Monitor task execution. Be accountable for the quality of the final result.
- Continuously monitor search results for target queries. Analyze competitors, identify their best practices, and take them to your advantage.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- Ability to rank SEO projects on high-competition/high-volume keywords. Identify keys, clusters, and approaches for quick results.
- Ability to analyze new niches in detail and skillfully use the acquired data.
- Ability to plan project-based SEO work, communicate, initiate, and manage.
- Strategic and financial planning skills for a website as a project.
- Understanding the quality criteria of traffic.
- Written English at Upper-Intermediate level.
- HTML & CSS - basic level.
- Excel & Google Spreadsheets - confident user.
- Knowledge of any programming language for optimizing own work is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS basics (ideally - WordPress).
- Confident user of crawling/parsing tools (Screaming Frog, Netpeak Spider).
- Semantics skills - data collection and clustering, working with large volumes of data.
- Link-building - knowledge and practical application of working techniques, skills in link-building methods for complex niches.
- Proficiency in using tools for generating and processing text information (GPT, Jasper, Wordai, Copiy.io, frase.io, etc.). Ability to formulate prompts in task format.
- Experience with SEO services and tools (Ahrefs, Similarweb, GSC).
- Readiness to work with websites in languages you don't know.
