System Administrator (offline)

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to become an integral part of our welcoming team.

Requirements:

— Intermediate+ level of English.
— Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem — experience installing, managing and enforcing security on Windows, Azure Active Directory, Outlook, Intune.
— Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task automation.
— Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
— Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work conditions:

— Configure and support Azure infrastructure — Active Directory and connected services.
— Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, including both physical and virtual environments.
— Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows OS systems.
— Configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
— Install and configure software applications and services as required.
— Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and upgrades.
— Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect data and systems.
— Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
— Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on system usage and best practices.
— Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
— Configure network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
— Technical (physical) support of devices, office security perimeter maintenance.

The ability to support office maintenance processes will be a plus (help with household chores).

This position is only on-site (50/50 hybrid office/remote). We concider both part-time (50%) and full time candidates.
