Technical Leader - Salesforce Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team. This role requires a senior developer capable of conceptualizing architectural solutions and establishing processes for projects from inception. Our work spans two primary directions: consulting, particularly in Experience Cloud projects, and the development of our proprietary products. We're looking for someone with the expertise to navigate both domains effectively and contribute significantly to our projects' success.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Salesforce platform is required;
English - Upper intermediate;
Knowledge of Apex, LWC;
Understanding of other technologies (SQL, HTML, JS);
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts;
Experience must include strong working knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, XML, REST, SOAP);
Strong accountability, teamwork, and initiative;
Salesforce Developer Certification;
Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces.


Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop products in Apex, Salesforce1, D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
2. Provide post-release software and application support, including incident reporting
3. Create unit test cases and apply these against developed software to ensure quality
4. Provide reasonable and accurate time estimates for tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
5. Creation of technical tasks for developers based on user stories
6. Assistance in estimating the time of implementation of project tasks
7. Creation and configuration of the technical part of the project
8. Creation / support of architecture for the implementation of project tasks
9. Ensuring a high-quality mechanism for releasing a project to production
10.Training of less experienced employees (if necessary)
