HR Business Partner Team Lead (offline)

Boosta is looking for a Lead HRBP to join the team of cool professionals.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 4 years of HR/HRBP experience;
• Experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives;
• Experience of managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Proficiency in English at the B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level for effective communication with colleagues from abroad;
• Experience with various HR functions (LnD, C&B, HROperation, Recruiting, PR), ability to develop and implement processes and get insights from them;
• Ability to manage HR projects as a PM, plan and prioritize tasks;
• High organizational skills, PRO level, as well as expertise in working with analytics, as we support a data-driven management approach;
• Ability to bring projects to completion and be responsible for the result.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a leader for the HRBP team, coordinate and plan work, prioritize tasks and motivate to achieve results;
• Develop the HR-Partner team and implement effective processes to increase team productivity;
• Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with business to develop solutions, programs and policies that meet business needs;
• Identify effective HR management tools for solving problems in various projects;
• Synchronize HR-Partners (BP) of all projects, hold meetings to exchange information and coordinate actions;
• Implement high standards of human resources management;
• Collaborations with companies-partners and investment fund.

WHAT STAGES DO WE HAVE:
• 1st stage: pre-screen with recruiter;
• 2nd stage: interview with the hiring manager;
• 3nd stage: test task;
• 4th stage: final interview;
• 5th stage: referrals.
• 6th stage: offer.
