Overview:
We are currently seeking a Webpage Administrator to become an integral part of our client's website management team in a remote capacity. This role will entail the coordination of diverse content management duties aimed at ensuring the operational success of the client's website.
The person we're looking for will team up with content managers and developers at the client's end to make sure stuff shows up right on time on the website. Day-to-day, they'll be tweaking content, putting up new stuff, and organizing content for different places and languages.
Our ideal candidate holds at least 1 year of experience in content administration, who knows their way around the AEM content management system, and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills essential for client communication regarding assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the updating, publishing, and enhancement of website content, encompassing images, articles, videos, landing pages, and more.
• Coordinate the scheduling, reviewing, and publishing of website content by collaborating with content management team
• Perform quality checks on content by reviewing relevance and accessibility before publishing
• Manage multiple content priorities and publishing timelines
• Maintain the functionality and updates on the website
• Ensure the website content is user-friendly and optimized
Not included:
•Creative writing or editing.
•Proofreading content.
•Creating creative visuals.
•Working with HTML/CSS.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in content management/administration, with familiarity in content publishing processes and tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and self-management skills
• Proficiency in one or more CMS (AEM is preferred);
• Understanding of Adobe Graphic Design Software, Figma (basic level)
• Meticulous attention to details and patience.
