Business Development PSP
We are an iGaming company that was founded over 3 years ago by a group of passionate professionals and today we are 500+ people strong!
We have 10+ own brands that are extremely popular among customers and are targeted at Tier 1-3 countries.
As a team, we always strive to be better than our competitors, so we are looking for an experienced PSP Business Development Manager.

- Propose and implement your ideas to improve the processes of the department
Main tasks:
- Search for PSP providers (CIS market, Europe, Turkey), discussion of cooperation terms (understanding of commercial terms and their agreement, signing the contract, understanding which points and conditions need to be paid attention to: additional %, turnover)
- Conducting the compliance process
- Conducting the process of preparation of necessary documentation for PSP integration
- Understanding the market of payment systems, knowledge of current PSP providers, reputation of payment partners
- Analysis of competitors
- Management of existing partners
- Control of the conversion of the work of PSP providers
- Solving issues in the process of maintaining PSP providers
What we expect from you:
- Work experience of 2 years or more in forex, gambling, crypto or fintech
- Ability to negotiate, analyze the market
- Understanding the legal process of compliance
- Knowledge of effective search channels for PSP providers
- Experience working with quarterbacks, understanding the rebounding process
- Regular attendance at conferences
- Experience setting up processing for brands "from scratch"
- Activity, sociability, readiness to work with large volumes of data
