Retention Manager for Mobile Application (offline)

WOWBODY is an innovative startup in the fitness industry, dedicated to revolutionizing the way people engage with fitness and wellness through our cutting-edge fitness application. We're passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health goals conveniently and effectively, and we're looking for a motivated Retention Manager to join our team and drive user retention strategies.

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-centric Retention Manager to lead our efforts in retaining and engaging users of our fitness application. As the Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies to enhance user satisfaction, drive repeat usage, and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn, increase user engagement, and drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and develop targeted retention initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support to implement retention programs and campaigns.
- Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns to drive user activation and retention.
- Implement and manage automated email marketing and push notification campaigns to deliver personalized and timely communications to users.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize retention strategies and tactics, and iterate based on performance and user feedback.
- Monitor key retention metrics and KPIs, track performance against goals, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for product enhancements and feature development to improve user experience and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in user retention and customer lifecycle management, and leverage them to enhance retention efforts.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of retention and customer satisfaction in driving long-term success.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in retention marketing or customer lifecycle management for mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, engagement metrics, and retention strategies, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, email, push services, and analytics tools.
- Passion for health, fitness, and technology, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through innovative products and solutions.
