Team Lead of Antifraud

🔍We are currently looking for a strong and ambitious Team Lead of Antifraud to join our team.
We are looking for a specialist with experience in the gambling niche who has a deep understanding of all processes within the company and can provide recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of the department. He/she has strong managerial skills and knows how to improve team performance.

🔍 Requirements:
-2+ years of Antifraud in the gambling niche is a must;
-Experience in team management, building and controlling processes;
-Experience in automating the operational processes of the department;
-Full understanding of the iGaming industry from a risk perspective;
-Strong managerial skills (ability to control, manage, plan and provide feedback to employees)
-Analytical skills and experience in presenting the results of your work in metrics and figures
-Desire to develop

🎯 Your responsibilities:
-Effective management of a team of specialists
-Formation of reporting and analytics on the work of the department
-Deep analysis of the fraud
-Analysing player behaviour, identifying and preventing potential fraud schemes
-Optimisation of the department's work processes;
-Establish communication with other casino departments based on the results of the fraud audit;
-Generate reports and analytics on the work of the department;
-Automation of internal procedures
