We're now on the lookout for a skilled Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager with a flair for creating compelling content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, driving sales, and ideally, with experience in the subscription app space.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute our social media presence on TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on engaging content that converts viewers into users.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report performance of all social media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), optimizing strategies in real-time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals, promotional calendars, and product launches.
• Lead the creation of social media content that resonates with our target audience, driving interaction, and ultimately, subscription conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, especially within the subscription app ecosystem.


Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram, with a proven track record of driving sales and engaging a community.
• Experience with subscription apps is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing subscription-based services.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and editing skills, with an eye for design and a pulse on social media trends.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
