THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 4 years of real-work experience in implementing data science solutions in Bioinformatics;
- Strong Python knowledge;
- Must have prior experience working with GWAS Biobank;
- Must have experience with GWAS statistics harmonization;
- Must have a strong background in genetics with statistical analysis;
- Must have experience with co-localization analysis;
- Strong knowledge of multi-omics data;
- Strong knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures;
- Strong knowledge in linear algebra, geometry, calculus, probability theory and statistics;
- Experience with Machine Learning libraries like NumPy, Pandas, ScikitLearn;
- Experience in solving computer vision tasks like classification, detection, segmentation or others;
- Experience with Graph neural networks;
- Practical experience with at least one Deep Learning framework like Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch;
- English — Upper-Intermediate.

Would be a plus:
• Active Kaggle participation;
• Docker;
• Microsoft Azure or AWS;
