Compliance Manager

Legal Compliance Manager plays a role in ensuring that an organization adheres to legal standards. This position involves overseeing the legal compliance process, identifying risks that the company faces, and implementing controls to protect the company from those risks.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of proven experience in compliance management is a must;
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field;
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field. Experience in the organization's industry is highly beneficial;
- Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment related to the organization's industry, including specific laws, regulations, and guidelines that affect the business;
- Analytical and communication skills;
- Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Monitoring: Keep current with local, national, and international laws and regulations affecting the organization. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action;
- Compliance Audits and Assessments;
- Advisory Role: Serve as a key advisor to senior management on compliance laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Guide on the legal implications of business decisions;
- Contract and Document Management: Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with all statutory or legal requirements;
- Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies. Handle regulatory submissions, inquiries, audits, and investigations.
