Senior Marketing Manager Offline

Our client is an e-commerce brand based out of Canada.

 

Working hours will be by Canada time or up to a maximum of 3-5 hours difference in time with the client.

We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager, a pivotal role to our mission and growth.

 

This position is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about making a significant impact in the skincare industry but is also keen on personal and professional development. Who can oversee various aspects of marketing while building additional teams for scalability, growth, and has experience in building processes from scratch.

 

Responsibilities:

- Generate compelling content and visuals that engage our audience and highlight our mission and products.

- Lead our marketing strategies across various channels—social media, email, and our website.

- Introduce innovative ideas that will propel our product to new heights of success.

- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure excellent communication within our team and with partners, promoting a unified and dynamic work environment.

- Develop strategies to discover and utilize new revenue opportunities.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue Growth: Increase in sales directly attributed to marketing efforts.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Efficiency in acquiring new customers.

- Engagement Rates: Interaction levels on social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

- Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads turning into customers.

- Return on Investment (ROI): The financial return on marketing expenditures.

 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce marketing.

-Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience in selling goods/products and deep business understanding.

- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), organizational tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Excel).

- Good experience with Google Analytics.

- Understanding how Shopify works.

- Fluent in English.
