We help startups go to market and help more mature companies scale their business through strategic marketing, media and PR, and modern digital tactics.
About the role
The Marketing Specialist implements and manages a company's marketing strategy. This role leverages mostly online channels to promote products or services, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. We seek a well-versed specialist in marketing channels, analytics, and tactics to bring outstanding results.
What you'll do
- Learn and understand the animal health market in North America, its most prominent players, corporate allegiances, typical roles, and personas.
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage advertising campaigns.
- Edit and optimize website content and structure.
- Oversee content creation for various channels, including the website, blog, email, social media, etc.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of various marketing efforts.
About you
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Confident English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously

The hiring process

3. If you execute nicely, we will advance you to the first interview. It will take about an hour, and we will discuss your experience in English.
4. If you like us, we'll conduct the final, less formal interview, during which you'll meet all team members.
5. Offer
English proficiency: we will conduct the majority of the interview in English.
Relevant experience: seeking proven experience managing marketing campaigns and specific channels like SEO/SEM, social media, and emails.
Hard skills: Ensuring you have technical skills in areas like GA4, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, email platforms, etc.
Analytics & reporting: experience with campaign performance reporting and presenting your findings.
The best candidates will have a balance of high-level perspective, hands-on experience, technical skills, and analytics rigor.
