Customer Support Specialist (German, English) Offline
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality support to our clients. Your role will involve addressing questions and issues that our customers may encounter, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Interacting with customers via email, chat, phone, or other available communication channels.
-Responding to customer inquiries regarding our products.
-Resolving customer issues and providing assistance in resolving their queries.
-Offering technical and financial support for our products over the phone.
-Escalating queries to relevant departments for technical or financial difficulties, and obtaining feedback for further communication with customers.
-Reporting identified problems or errors on supported websites.
Work Schedule:
-Floating, rotational work schedule.
-5 working days per week.
-2 floating days off per week.
-Shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in German and English at level C1 (both written and spoken).
-A minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position will be a plus.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
-Quick learning and problem-solving abilities.
-Resilience and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
-Knowledge of the company's products and services (training will be provided).
Skills:
-Attention to detail and meticulousness in work.
-Communication, patience, high level of self-organization.
-Willingness to assist customers.
-Advanced PC skills.
-Ability to handle large volumes of information.
-Willingness to learn.
-Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento is a plus.
