Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the Support & Community team, aligning efforts with the company's crypto-centric goals and values.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure a positive company image and community engagement within the crypto space.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering exceptional support and community experiences in the crypto community.
- Collaborate with the Departments to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of user queries.
- Interact with top traders and users, building and nurturing key relationships within the crypto community.
- Monitor user feedback across platforms, chats, and social media, taking proactive actions to maintain a positive company image within the crypto industry.
- Collaborate with the Community Team Lead to address emerging problems and communicate information effectively.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the Support & Community team, optimize task assignments, distribution, and completion reporting.
- Design and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new specialists.
- Collaborate on the execution of tasks assigned by leadership, promoting a unified approach to community building within the crypto ecosystem.
- Proactively manage the company's image by promptly addressing issues and leveraging positive interactions.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Support / Community roles.
- Background in the crypto space (trading).
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
Skills:
- English at least B2 (spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and trading platforms.
Will be a plus of experience with:
- Familiarity with project management tools and analytics.
- Demonstrated success in shaping positive brand perception within the crypto community.
