Accountant (offline)

We are the official distributor of the Italian brand of furniture covering Paulato, in the US and Canadian markets. E-commerce project. Operating since 2018, we have been continually growing and currently process over 4,000 monthly orders on Amazon. We rank among the best startups in the USA.
The Mamma Mia Covers LLC team is looking for an Accountant with an analytical function.
What's important for us: 1 year of experience in the field; B1 English; well-developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data; experience with the US accounting system - Xero, QuickBooks, and experience in E-commerce (Amazon, Shopify) will be a plus.

What we need:
- Maintain accounting records of the company's financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payment transactions.
- Preparation of financial and tax reports by legal requirements.
- Experience reconciling operating systems to accounting systems.
- Analyze financial indicators to identify trends and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Interacting with marketing, sales, logistics, and other departments to support accounting data and financial analysis needs.
- Ability to work with accounting programs and spreadsheets (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Excel).
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
