About the Client
Our customer provides the resident and property management platform to their customers. Their customers, primarily educational organizations usually have their own IT ecosystem where the platform should be integrated.

About the project
The client currently has ~6000 clients, and each of them has their own database. It works well but it is hard to consolidate the data from all the tenants and use it for machine learning or build the reports over all customers data. Client decided to use Microsoft Azure as a platform to use, and is going to build the lakehouse using a medallion architecture. So data should be extracted from client databases, transformed using databricks (and denormalized) and then 3 layers of data should be built with a power BI on top .

Team composition: architect and leading engineer on the client’s side + CTO on the client’s side.
We are looking for a data structure architect in Azure to help the client's team bring data from different databases into one lake.


Requirements:
Proven experience with building the data marts on Azure using the medallion data architecture (he should participate both in design and implementation of it on Azure)
Demonstrate the capability of transforming the data from a normalized to a denormalized form.
Have excessive knowledge with Microsoft Azure Analytics ecosystem that includes
Azure Data Factory (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/data-factory/)
Azure Databricks (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/databricks/)
Azure Lakehouse (https://cloud.google.com/discover/what-is-a-data-lakehouse)
Knowing the way of interacting with the MS AI services and design the pipelines for that.
Knowing the Microsoft Fabric (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-fabric)
Knowing the Microsoft PowerBI (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/power-bi-embedded/)
Candidate should be able to interact with the team in AEST time zone and have at least 3 hours of intersection with them.
Candidate should be capable to interact with the people of an architect level and effectively collaborate with them (have good interpersonal skills).
