Technical Support Lead

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Lead to join our Midgard squad.

To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
✅ To be proactive and client-oriented person with strong work-ethics
✅ Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
✅ At least Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English
✅ Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
✅ Knowledge of XML/JSON
✅ Knowledge of Git
✅ Understanding of API protocols
✅ SDLC knowledge
✅ Ability to have obligatory 2-3 remote night shifts per week
✅ Basic knowledge of QA process
✅ Previous experience in a relevant position (2+ years)
✅ Experience with monitoring systems

What will you be doing?

⭐️Stream Management: Handle all stream-related events and documents efficiently
⭐️Roadmap Leadership: Take the lead in guiding the Stream Development Roadmap

⭐️Problem Solving: Understand and analyze issues to find effective solutions
⭐️Thorough Testing: Ensure seamless integration with detailed protocol testing
