Junior Sales Manager Offline

Hey there! We are looking for a Sales Manager with at least 6 months of commercial experience to join our team. This is a remote position.

Main responsibilities:

 

- Working with warm leads (inbound);

- Clarifying the requirements of the client's task, completing necessary documents, CRM system;

- Providing advice to clients on the company's services;

- Conducting communication on video calls and correspondence;

- Handling objections. Resolving conflict situations while working with the client;

- Presentation preparation;

- Fulfilling personal sales plan and conversion targets;

 

Team

 

You’ll be working in a small and friendly team that consists of Head of Sales, Sales Managers, and Lead generators.

 

Requirements:

 

Must-have:

 

- English level C1;

- 6 months of IT services sales in an outsourcing company;

- Ability to identify requirements and write user stories;

- Working experience with the Western market clients;

- Strong knowledge of the IT market;

- Knowledge and use of sales techniques;

- Result oriented;

 

Good-to-have:

 

- Previous work with CRM systems;

- Experience with UpWork;

- Knowledge of SDLC;

- Knowledge of qualification techniques and SPIN;

- Experience in B2C sales;

- The technical background will be a plus;
