Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives;

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast workforce requirements;

- Manage and lead a high-performance recruitment team, providing guidance and coaching;

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring efficiency and consistency;

- Establish and maintain global recruitment standards, policies, and procedures;

- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation globally;

- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams for effective employer brand promotion;

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging markets;

- Implement proactive recruitment strategies to address talent shortages and industry trends;

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners;

- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective partnerships;

- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess strategy effectiveness;

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management;

- Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices;

- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.

 

Requirements:

 

- 5 + years of experience as a Head of Recruitment (preferably in an IT product company);

- Proven team management experience with a team of 20+ in an international setting;

- Successful track record in launching recruitment strategies and expanding into new markets;

- Expertise in building recruitment processes in different countries and markets;

- Proficient in optimizing and implementing improvements in recruitment processes;

- Data-driven approach, including launching performance management systems;

- Exceptional communication skills;

- Mastery of various candidate assessment tools and interview methodologies;

- Experience in mentoring, training, and sharing recruitment expertise.

- Product company experience with a product-focused recruiting approach;

- Strong leadership and people management skills;

- In-depth knowledge of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;

- Familiarity with international labour markets and diverse cultures;

- Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
