Community Manager (offline)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement, strengthening our internal employer brand, and fostering a sense of community and belonging among our team members.

What you’ll do:
- Create and implement an internal corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Organize monthly community-building activities to promote team cohesion and morale, including but not limited to webinars, workshops, quizzes and virtual team gatherings.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Quarterly Town Hall meetings, ensuring engaging content and seamless logistics.
- Manage MS Teams community channels, facilitating discussions and sharing relevant information.
- Coordinate teambuilding activities to promote collaboration and unity among team members.
- Design the corporate recognition program, recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions within the organization.

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Events Manager, Employer Brand Manager, or Community Manager.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing internal corporate communications strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with online events planning and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
