Responsibilities

 

- Conduct thorough primary and in-depth research across diverse markets and niches.

- Lead the launch of new mobile apps while driving growth for existing ones.

- Collaborate closely with designers and development teams to bring your vision to reality.

- Implement dynamic funnels, paywalls, and splits to optimize user engagement and revenue.

- Establish comprehensive analytics frameworks from the ground up.

- Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to drive continuous improvement.

- Institutionalize processes for enhancing user flow and conversion rates.

- Take ownership of decisions, demonstrating accountability for results.

- Above all: Achieve agreed-upon goals with unwavering determination.

 

Qualifications

 

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in product analytics systems for insightful decision-making.

- Experience with subscription-based products.

- Strong grasp of mobile marketing fundamentals.

- Ability to blend quantitative analysis with qualitative insights.

- Mastery of key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and Retention, understanding their strategic importance.

- Familiarity with revenue attribution tools like RevenueCat, Appsflyer, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

- Proven track record in orchestrating end-to-end app development processes.

- Expert navigator of app distribution platforms including the App Store, Play Market, and others.

- Keen observer of emerging mobile trends, always one step ahead.

- Proficient in unit economics, adept at optimizing app profitability.

- English proficiency at least B2 level.
