Team Lead Python developer (offline)

We are looking for a Team Lead python developer to join our team.
In this role, you will be suggesting ideas for automated software test procedures. Besides, you will be highlighting problems.

As a Team Leader, you will be writing test cases, refinement the framework, operating and configuration of CI / CD for AT, setup, and support of automatic reporting, automation planning, working with Jira, working with the automation team (distribution of tasks within the team, prioritization, mentoring), participation in technical interviews for automating positions.

Liaising with the developers and product manager to identify and test key features of software programs. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities.

If you have a strong technical background and can streamline all testing activities, then we would love to have you on board.

Must have skills:
• 4+ years in python
• Pytest - as our main test runner
• Playwright - as our main tool for Web UI tests
• Appium which we use to test a native Android app
• knowledge and hands-on experience with MS SQL (pymssql)
• Jenkins - as our main solution to perform CI/CD practices
• also we are using Xpath intensively
Nice to have skills:
• You have a hands on experience with Android Studio, Android application builds
• Docker, k8s
• Zephyr TMS, Jira, MS Teams integrations
• you have a good understanding of design patterns, both general and specific to autotests, and are familiar with the general CS principles like SOLID
• you have a good understanding of the web stack, client-server and microservice architecture
