Head of Sales Offline
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and business development in IT engineering services company;
- Experience working in outsourcing field with strong understanding of technologies and professional services delivery;
- Proven experience to create sales processed, set realistic targets and plans;
- Experience of leading Sales Team or similar position;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented focus;
- Strong time management, problem solving, issue-resolution skills with deep attention to details and ability to multitasking;
- Growth and development focused, open-minded with creative approach;
- Fluent English speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies aligned with the company’s goals with clear quality metrics;
- Prepare, launch and execute the campaign on searching of a new/potential clients;
- Build lead generation processes from scratch and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Report on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Analyze marketing and sales campaigns;
- Create proposals, follow-ups and documentation;
- Optimize and organize the work of the sales team to ensure effective interaction with other departments of the company.
